Planning for Caravan Site Extension

To seek planning for the change of use of agricultural land to additional caravan storage. 

To create an application that will extend the existing caravan storage facilities on site and form part of our client’s farm diversification enterprises. The capacity of storage facilities on site had not been increased in 26 years and therefore the change of use of agricultural land will enable further storage for an already existing established farm business was deemed sustainable and acceptable.
