Grain and Machinery Store

To achieve planning for a grain and machinery store via permitted development. 

To prepare an application to expand our client’s current storage capacity for grain as well as create covered storage for equipment and machinery. The success of this application enabled modern tractors and trailers to be tipped at full height and in quick succession due to the greater height of the new building. Furthermore, the new building will limit the amount of floor space required, due to the pre-stressed concrete panels at 3.0 meters high, enabling our client to store grain at the maximum height.
