New farmyard using permitted development

Objective:

The client's objective was to achieve a prior notification for a farmyard under 0.5 hectares for the storage of straw.

Proposal:

The client instructed Foxes Rural to advise on the most suitable route to achieving this.  The client required advice on the type of hardstanding material in respect of the construction and it was determined that as the site fell at a scale of less than 0.5 hectare an application was not required to the Council.  However, the client instructed us to prepare a prior notification using permitted development.
