Covered Cattle Yard

Objective:

To seek planning permission for a covered cattle yard for the purposes of livestock welfare.

Proposal:

The client instructed us to prepare an application in compliance with permitted development rights for a new roof structure to cover the existing cattle yard. To provide an area for younger cattle and calves to give protection from the weather.

What the consultant Says

The client required immediate cover for livestock housing and fell over 400 metres from any third-party dwelling meaning that permitted development rights apply.
